Toolbars and headings that stay in view

On long lists, you no longer have to scroll back up to search, filter or export, or to check which column is which. The toolbar and column headings now stay in view while you scroll, and leave together with the last row.

This works on Assignments, Consultants, Requests, Approvals, Projects, Suppliers, Settings → Users and a request's Candidates tab. In the timeline views of Assignments, Consultants and Projects, the toolbar stays in view.
