A frame-partner indicator appears at the top of every contract-creation surface: requesting a contract from a candidate report, adding or extending a contract on an assignment, and adding a contract to an existing assignment. It's purely informational — it points you to the right template but never pre-selects, blocks, or sends anything automatically, so the choice stays entirely yours. Frame-partner status is resolved per organisation, so a supplier flagged by one buyer is never visible to another.
