Active filters tucked onto the toolbar row

Your active filter chips and Clear all now sit on the same row as a table's toolbar (search, filter, export, columns) instead of taking up a separate row below — so tables use less vertical space. The toolbar buttons stay put, and the filter chips wrap as needed.
