When you create a new consultant request, Fill now shows what it is doing before you choose which suppliers to invite. A short sequence reads your request, goes through the requirements you set, searches your own supplier network and the Fill marketplace, and picks out the suppliers that fit, naming them as it goes.
Everything shown comes from your request and the actual match, never an estimate. If the match takes longer, it says your shortlist is being prepared and you choose who to invite on the next step. The sequence plays once per request, and not at all if your device is set to reduce motion.
