Improved Candidate Information – Now With Commenting

Comparing and managing candidates just became a whole lot easier. We’ve redesigned the candidate card to offer a more structured and user-friendly layout. But that’s not all—we’ve also added a commenting feature, allowing your team to discuss and align on candidate decisions directly in the platform.

Key improvements:

  • A cleaner, more readable card layout
  • Comment threads for real-time feedback and internal discussions
  • Quick access to CVs and supplier notes

Now, instead of juggling Slack threads or separate documents, you can centralize your insights and act on them faster—right where the decisions are being made.

Associate Hiring Managers With Assignments

Do your assignments sometimes get bottlenecked due to unclear workflows? We hear you. You can now link hiring managers directly to consultant assignments, helping you manage approvals more efficiently and improving data tracking for future reporting and lifecycle features.

What this means for you:

  • Easily assign existing managers or create new ones
  • Prevent duplicate entries with smart email validation
  • Build structured data that will support even more features in the future

Better tracking, smoother workflows, and clearer accountability—it’s all coming together.

Upload Documents Directly in Requests

We know that every consultant request is unique. Sometimes it involves special terms, instructions, or even confidential handling. That’s why we’ve added the ability to attach documents and add comments directly within your request forms.

You can now:

  • Upload documents like NDAs, scope outlines, or special contract terms
  • Provide instructions for suppliers or internal stakeholders
  • Ensure admins can review and revise before RFQs are sent out
  • Make all attachments visible and downloadable for both buyers and suppliers

This enhancement adds a new layer of flexibility and clarity, ensuring your requests go out with all the context they need.
