When a consultant approaches the 24-month LAS limit, you're warned from 20 months of accumulated tenure — but until now the accept/decline employment-offer card only appeared at 24 months, leaving a gap with nowhere to act. The decision card now appears from 20 months, so you can record your decision as soon as you're warned. Declining in that window also stops the reminder emails.
