Hiring team avatars in colour

The hiring team on each request used to show as a row of grey circles with initials. Now every person has their own colour, so you can see who is on the team at a glance.

Each person keeps the same colour everywhere they appear: in the hiring team, the activity feed, comments and the sidebar.
