When an assignment is ending within 60 days, its card now asks Will this assignment be extended? Answer Will extend or Ends as planned, and Fill's end-of-assignment reminders follow what you decided: they ask the manager to decide, and stop once the assignment is settled or an extension is already in place.
The assignment and consultant lists have a new Extension plan column showing Will extend, Ends as planned, Extended or Not answered, so you can see at a glance which endings are still open. Anyone who can see the assignment can answer, and a change to the plan shows in the consultant's activity log.
