Standard documents and your own upload now sit in a single Documents field on a request, collapsed to one row showing how many are attached, with Add file right there. Open it to see your organisation's standard documents and anything you have added, grouped separately.
Removing a document now always asks first — including a file you uploaded a moment ago — and says plainly that it will not be sent to suppliers with this request, while your organisation's own settings stay untouched.
