See each consultant's full assignment timeline

The Consultants list now has a table⇄timeline toggle, just like Assignments. Switch to timeline and see one row per consultant, with every assignment as a bar on their track — so gaps between engagements and total tenure are visible at a glance.

Consultants with no dated assignments land in an Unscheduled bucket, and the timeline respects whatever search, filters, and sort you already have applied.
