The “Current stage” column in a request's Candidates list used to be plain text. It now shows the stage icon, the stage name, and a small six-step progress meter (Inbox → Screening → Interview → Selection → Contract → Signed) — so you can tell a fresh applicant from a near-hire at a glance, without reading every row.
