Every candidate action, always within reach

The buyer candidate card now has a floating action bar that stays visible as you scroll — Reject, Book interview, Create contract, Comment, and Chat, with rarer actions like Test candidate, Background check, and Move to signed in a More menu.

Above it, a suggested next step tells you in one sentence where the candidate stands and what to do next — and the tip itself is the button. For contracts out for signing you get a three-step progress rail instead. Fold the guidance away per stage once you've learned it.

Test score and Interview rows now persist on candidate details once they've happened, instead of disappearing as the candidate advances.
