Assignment details now read top to bottom

The assignment-details card used to cram its 12 fields into a 3-column grid, which was hard to scan. It's now a single vertical label-value list — the same pattern the interim candidate card already uses — so both detail cards read consistently, top to bottom. Same fields, same order, just easier to follow.
