September updates

Change log

We’ve released a set of improvements to make consultant workforce management in Fill even smoother, more consistent, and faster.

Managers can now edit all assignment details

Managers no longer need to rely on back-office support for updates. All assignment details, from project name and supplier to costs and documents, can be edited directly. This means faster updates, cleaner data, and more control where it belongs.

Your are now able to edit any assignments so your data stays accurate and well defined.
Assignment descriptions added

Assignments now include a description field, making it easy to capture and carry forward context. Whether signed from RFPs or created manually, every consultant assignment can tell its own story — improving clarity and insights.

Access job description of all your assignments and consultants so you can make strategic decisions based on real data.
Standardised departments

Department names are now standardized with dropdowns instead of free text. No more messy duplicates like Engineering, engineering, Enginneering. Clean, reliable data for reporting and analysis.

No more messy data. Clear reliable data for you reports.
Unified supplier selection in RFP creation

When creating an RFP, buyers can now invite suppliers from multiple sources at once — marketplace, company network, or manual entries. This ensures broader coverage from the very beginning, with less effort.

Don't limit your sourcing to company network suppliers. Access pre-vetted suppliers from the platform to make sure you make the best desicion.

And some bug fixes...

That’s all for this release.
We’ll keep iterating to make Fill the most powerful and seamless way to manage your consultant workforce.
