Are you interested in doing your LIA with us at Fill?

Please note: This position is only eligible for students at Swedish HVE programs doing their workplace training, LIA (Lärande i arbete) - if you are interested in our other internship positions they will be posted separately.

Fill is a Stockholm-based B2B marketplace for recruitment services that was started in 2021. The company took in its first round of external funding in 2022.

The permanent development team currently consists of two co-founders with 25 years of experience each in software engineering and one full-time front-end developer.

We have had a very positive experience with LIA interns so far and believe that we can provide a great learning environment. Our aim is to always have a few interns as part of the dev team.

We are looking to strengthen our team in many different areas: front-end, back-end, testing, UX, web design, DevOps, security, data analytics, etc. All tech-related LIA applications are welcome!
What we offer:

• Take part in agile development work in a startup with very knowledgeable (and friendly) colleagues.
• Hands-on experience with building and operating a modern cloud service (with paying customers!).
• The opportunity to take on the kind of tasks that interest you. There is a lot to do and great freedom for those who are curious and driven.

Good to know:

• Our tech stack consists of an Angular front-end and Kotlin/Java back-end. Everything is deployed using containers and hosted on Amazon AWS.
• We mainly use English at work.
• We do not pay a salary during the LIA internship.
• We have a nice little office on Valhallavägen in Stockholm, but the development team works mostly remotely.

We have had a very positive experience with interns so far, and believe we can provide a great learning environment. Our aim is to always have a few interns as part of the growth team.

We are looking to strengthen our team in many different areas: performance marketing, sales, KAM, growth marketing, copywriting, etc., so all growth-related LIA applications are welcome!

What we can offer:

Good to know:

• Our Martech-stack currently consists of HubSpot, Zaplify, Albacross and Linkedin Marketing - but we are open to change based on best practices.
• We use a mix of English and Swedish at work.
• We do not pay a salary during the LIA internship.
• We have a nice little office on Valhallavägen in Stockholm, but are open and promoting hybrid work within our team.
